Managing rewards in your Essential and Premium Clubs on Consumrz is quick and easy. Here’s how:
Access Your Business Space: Log in to your Consumrz account and navigate to your business space.
Select Your Club Type: At the top, choose either "Essential Club" or "Premium Club" and press "Edit" for the club you want to manage.
Essential Club: Offers standard rewards for all customers.
Premium Club: Includes enhanced rewards and benefits for high-value customers.
Manage Reward Settings:
Points Program: Adjust cashback percentages and spending limits for customers.
Joining Gift: Customize the welcome gift customers receive when joining your club.
Affiliate Program: Set rewards for customers who share your store or products with referrals.
Privacy Settings: You can also set your club to be either public (open to everyone) or private (membership approval required).
By default, Consumrz configures these rewards automatically for optimal engagement, but you have the flexibility to customize them as needed.
